Default Badly twisted ankle

I sadly twisted my ankle yesterday on the tennis court and is feeling not good at all. I was playing a tournament match on a hard court which had little pellets on it so you were able to slide. However, as I regrettably found out, there were some areas on the court where the pellets were gone. As a result I started sliding and all of a sudden when the pellets were gone my foot abruptly stopped and I badly twisted it Only played 3 games and the match was over for me.

Can anyone give me some advise on what best to do so I can start playing as fast as possible? I am aware that I'll be out for a couple of weeks, but you know tennis, it is so hard to resist stepping on that court and playing some balls.
