I think the OP was referring to a "particular" model called the "Dunlop Aerogel 4D 200 Tour", which is different from the "Dunlop Aerogel 4D 200"; of course both of these may be considered "tour specifications"-type of rackets as they are mostly heavy, head-light and thin-beamed. The term "tour specifications" is however rather ambiguous; I think it is more marketing "speak" than really meaning anything at all (since there are equally many "light" rackets used on the tour, such as those used by Roddick, Henin, etc)
