Is this tennis elbow?
recently, a small part near my elbow (just below the tricep) felt sore/tender (up to a slight twinge if pressed harder) when i press it or lean it against a hard surface.
is this tennis elbow? will the forearm exercises documented in a lot of sites help in alleviating this?
also, i seem to be experiencing shoulder pain a bit although the soreness/pain goes away after about 20 minutes of playing... I guess a more intensive warm-up might be needed, but is this a danger sign?
