Gut stringing was much like it was for the Scorpion, so I won't bother repeating that. Weaving B5E in crosses is more difficult as the string is stiffer and is textured, so you get a lot more friction when pulling string. Nonetheless, no friction burn at all much like with the Scorpion. Again took me 15 minutes more since I pulled the gut at such a slow speed and took a lot more time pulling my crosses through. Strung 57/55.
Interestingly, the B5E stringbed offered MORE power with gut mains than the Scorpion setup. How that happened, I don't know, but I actually preferred the feel of this to the Scorpion. My thoughts are that since the B5E is a very responsive poly, the pop of the gut just brings up the power level of the B5E to where I believe it always should be. For serving, I'd say this is the better option. Still to early to tell. No string damage on either frame after an hour of serves.
