I'm into my second month of 'Insanity'. Such a great tennis workout, because it's 80 percent leg work that, for me, has completely built up my strength where I'd long neglected. But that really good diet is a must to keep your energy levels up; otherwise you completely drain yourself. Tennis34, have you done that recovery shake (either 'shakeology' or 'results and recovery' formula) they recommend? If so, your thoughts on it?
