Towards the end of the week, like now (Friday), I feel pretty drained after a week of Insanity and tennis. I know it's an investment, but with a league match tomorrow, I need my legs so I'll be taking today off and then possibly doing the workout after my match tomorrow.
Heading into the second month (I'm doing the 'recovery week' workouts now) I've got that Shakeology stuff on order to try and up my energy levels with some extra nutrition. I take a protein shake to recover after the workout, but feel like I something extra, especially now heading into the grueling second month.
