If it's a workout and gets you to do a variety or excercises for an hour at a time for 90 days, it WILL work.

I'll look it up. I might have to bail on Insanity at the 1/2 point. I don't wear a heart rate monitor but instead go by feeeling and I am very, VERY easily agitated lately. Typing this is getting me ****ed off!

Besides, I can get a daily tennis game in at 7am or start training for another 1/2 marathon which I think I'll find more fun for the time being. I hate feeling like a failure for quitting but overtraining can be the only reason for my agitation lately.
