I am very happy with my Week 6. I did all workouts, and added 2 Ab Ripper workouts to the schedule. Also, I increased weight to 25 pounds to some of the arm and shoulders workouts.
Nutrition wise, this was a good week. I ate out a couple times, but I didn't eat too badly. I bought Muscle Milk whey protein powder, and I drink twice a day (27g protein per serving). It tastes much better than other stuff that I tried so far. I mix it with milk, even though it doesn't taste bad mixed with water either.
