Multivitamins- I take one from Costco, I didn't used too but I started about 4 months ago. Don't really notice much but I figure for less than 3 cents a day I might as well. Otherwise I take fish oil and drink some protein post workout. My training schedule is pretty heavy too. I am in the gym for at least a hour a day, I hit everyday and I play 3 practice matches per week.
