Of course its not a joke. Most of us in h&f can bench around 1,000 lbs. It's the only way we don't lose muscle while continuing to play tennis. 2011 weight loss club membership was worth it. I went from 250 to 205. Hope to hit ~195 by May 1. I'm in no real hurry.
