Amen to that. If you shop for bargains you don't have to pay that much for a premium quality string. I played with Premier LT ($16 normally but free with my racquet) today and I think it's still getting better. In fact, it reminds me of PPA on my Babolat, LOL. I'm anxious to see how PPA plays on my Ki 5x when Premier LT breaks.
I think NXT belongs in that mid-priced category when you consider the mini-reel, but I'm not sure it's a great value due to how quickly it starts to fray. If Wilson packaged a more durable version of NXT (maybe NXT Max?) in a mini-reel for that price, I'd be very interested in that.
