The particles in the Pro Kennex are en-capsulized and designed not to move "in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the racket" and thus it does not "alter the swing moment of inertia." This design feature makes the Pro Kennex legal and the Dynaspot illegal.
I have a pro kennex ....in fact I'm holding one right now. Those crystals do in fact move to the top of the racquet. I'm shaking it and I can feel it. But maybe I'm wrong and it just feels that way?
