Just changed my first post to combine it with my old Mantis Comfort Synthetic review. I might go back and change that review to the new format one of these days.
Not trying to put you on the spot here, but I can't tell a difference between those two strings. MCS is a little more expensive here in the USA than the Multifiber so I'd buy the Pro's Pro if looking for the softest multi at the best price.
You carry a lot of multis, so I may try some more of them in the future.
