Lifting weights has been a big part of my life since I was 16.


But I have really shrunk down the weight I lift and the amount of exercise I do. I am at 2-3 days a week for 30 minutes a session. It does help your tennis game. I most likely hurt my shoulder as a kid..I have always had crackles in there since I was in my teens.
