Today's gym session went pretty well, imo.
-Front Squats = 115x5x3
-Overhead Press = 85x5x3
-Deadlift = 170x5x1
-Dips = 10,6,4
I hit a 170 deadlift with more in the tank at the end of the 5 reps! Woo!! It has gone from doing 155x4x1 in a week and a half to the 170. Linear progression for the win!
