My forehand is an extremely wristy shot what would you people recommend i do to keep wrist still
When you hit a forehand, two movements are allowed:
-you go from an ulnar to a radial deviation;
-you pronate through contact and follow-through.

What must be constant is the wrist extension. If you flex your wrist, you get a sloppy contact; if you keep it extended, you get a solid contact.
