thanks everyone.

once the cast comes off ill probably start "cycling" on the stationary bike. then switch over to running when im ok to swing my arm like that.

i can still do pistol squats and something like bicycles for my mid-section. guess ill investigate other things i can safely do with mt pt when that time comes.
