I had a similar issue. The apparently stopped offering the warranty on that shoe. It happened around the beginning of the year. I called in April and was shipped a new pair (after having my worn pair sent back to me--found it odd/inefficient that TW would do that without calling me), since the warranty was still in effect when I bought the shoe. If you bought them 5 months ago, you might be out of luck. But it doesn't hurt to call.
