I had the same problem.
Bought a monitor and it never came.
Fedex said they had dropped it off but no signature was required so they just left it.
The monitor was replaced by the company that sent it but I don't know if Fedex reimbursed the company or if the company took the loss.
I thought the Fedex driver just kept it.
If that was true however, the driver can only do that a few times.
So to start, just call the company that sent the item and tell them what happened.
