IMHO - not a big fan of some of the fat-free yogurts as they tend to just replace fat by adding a ton of sugar.

That's another thing i was thinking about doing. Just grill veggies and chicken on Sundays for the rest of the week's lunch. Supplement carbs for beans, I think I have a plan going.
btw, coffee w/o sugar sucks goat ash'es. still trying to get used to.
