Perhaps they could trim the length choices to three (27, 27.25, 27.5) and increase other options. Maybe they could also just go w/ their neutral "B" grip and then offer even more customizable choices in head size/string patterns.
Is their sales model based on the expectation that you buy a frame which will not require customization? If you have to add lead to the frame, then I'd question how "customized" the racquet is?
