The best part about the grip is that it's got the same sticky feel as an overgrip, except without the added thickness of actually adding an overgrip. Plus, you don't have to replace it every week. The cost of overgrips can add up quickly if you play a lot. I'll bet some people spend $20+ every month on overgrips if they play competitively. I'd guess that one Hi-Tech grip would last longer than that for less than $5.
