Actually, I take my SEC comment back. I forgot that Mizzou is in the SEC now. With Mizzou leaving, every team in the Big 12 has been on probation at one time or another, while the SEC has Vandy and Mizzou having never been on probation. The Big 12 is the official winner of 'Dirtiest Football Conference'

And a shout out to r2 and his Iowa Hawkeyes, one of only a handful of teams in NCAA history with the distinction of a national title and no history of probation.
