It's quite easy, most people do it here. Go on youtube and watch countless hours of Federer/Nadal videos, you'll instantly improve.

Your request is vague but since you posted it in the health/fitness section, I'll advise you to strength your core and lower back to prevent chronic injuries. In tennis, the lower back is likely to go before your legs give out.
