Sorry but since I don't play ball I will pass. How about this one serve with no warmup like me 105 mph out of the gate in a match. No warmup serves in warmups since my cuff has a tear in it. I also ran a 5:20 mile with zero warmup or stretching. I did check my hr with my polar.
