If anything is starting to be collectible Nike would quickly retro them and re-release. Some of the Fed stuff would be for memorabilia but I doubt they would go up in value by a big margin. A lot of the "seamless" shirt would simple fall apart. And any slikscreen decal would also chip and break over time. I got soccer shirts from 1998-1999 are already doing that.
How are you washing those things? I've got Gillingham shirts from the mid 90s that have held up over the test of time.
