Did you take a look at the thread above? It mentioned some simple exercises (post #7), quite a few foods, as well as some eyes drops
and supplements that might be worth considering for vision care. You might consider herb supplements such as billberry
and eyebright and some of the nutrients mentioned in the other thread (such as DHA
, an omega-3
fatty acid). However, I would look to food
rather than a lot of expensive supplements for your eye health.
Salmon and sardine are an excellent source of omega-3 fats (including DHA). You can also get a bit of your omega-3 fats from chia seeds, (ground) flax seeds and lesser amounts from walnuts. For other vision nutrients look to blueberries, broccoli, spinach, carrots and some other of the other foods mentioned in that other thread.
