Tomorrow marks 15 weeks post-op. I'm able to comfortably curl 40's for 10-15 reps. I'm doing assisted pullups with 70 lbs. counterweight. Pretty sure I could safely do pullups, but I'm a little scared anyway.
I've been out playing tennis for the past 3 or 4 weeks. Saturday I was trying full forehands. Hit several for the first set, but my arm started to hurt some, so I went back to "pushing" and slicing. Can't quite hit full serves yet. I'm using my regular motion, but only serving at about 2/3rd's.
I expect to be pretty much 100% in the next few weeks to a month.
