This is the roller I started using on my calves
and I think it works REALLY well. When I first got it, it was pretty intense even though I'd already been rolling them several times a day on a pretty firm roller. But as it got progressively less uncomfortable, the calves felt better and better.
Gotta go slow, find the tender spots, and linger, just slowly work it. But it's like a self-administered deep tissue massage.
