of course it is, but you don't (or shouldn't) criticise on a public form, when as i have already advised it could well be monitored. In private it's my job to find fault with people (and then help them correct it), but I would never dream of coming on a public forum and calling them "********" or similar for having faults. It's highly unprofessional and very disappointing to see from an educated guy like Jamie.
If Jamie edits his original post I will happily edit my comments accordingly.
