That sounds pretty low (but probably more than what a lot drink)

I've read the body can handle up to 4 gallons in a day, obviously having too much in a short period of time is very dangerous though

I've gotten up to 3 gallons on a hyper hydration period and I very seriously had to try just get that much (carrying a camelpak everywhere, refilling it frequently)

I doubt you'll accidentally get too much
