If your weight keeps going up, start to worry. The buffet style dining halls are good as long as you avoid the junk food and eat a variety of foods including plenty of vegetables.

Most colleges also have gyms. Start using it a couple of times a week and lift. You should be able to tell if you're getting fat by looking in a mirror.
