Cyclone has a firmer response. Like TCS, it is a very control-oriented (low powered) string. It doesn't offer the ball pocketing of TCS nor the spin, but the control and feel are better (TCS is so soft it feels very dampened).

Cyclone holds tension WAY better, but TCS is still one of my favorite polys when I'm looking to maximize spin.
