Tension used for playtest: 52 lbs
Regular string set up: Kirschbaum pro line 2 at 52 lbs
Racquet brand and model used for test: Babolat Aeropro Drive
Power of test string: Good power. A little more dead than the pro line 2.
Feel: Good feel and good ball pocketing which is what I look for.
Spin: Good spin potential. About average for full poly.
Comfort: Less comfortable than pro line 2. On a softness scale for poly I would give it a 7 (relative to pro line 2 at 9).
Durability: I need more time playing with it for better assessment but after an hr on a ball machine tension was still good.
Playability Duration (share thoughts on if/how the playability changed over time): Playability was consistent over the 1 hr I hit with them on a ball machine.
Control (predictable trajectory? performance on different strokes and swing speeds?): Control was great on this mostly because of the reduce power vs. pro line 2.
Compare to the string you use most often: Overall, I'd prefer pro line 2 because it's softer and has a little more pop.
Tension recommendations (after hitting it, would you recommend a different tension? Why?): Instead of stringing at 52 lbs I'd go lower to maybe 50 lbs.
Summary: List 1 or 2 primary likes and dislikes. Likes: control, feel. Dislikes: soft but not as soft as I'd like, feels a little dead.
