Okay, he's 31 now. Course he can stay healthy. It's not like he's 50. Injuries can always happen but Federer almost seems immune, given his style of play. The only issue will be his motivation and his reflexes/movement.
He's logged over 1000 matches in his career. The expression "it's not the age, it's the mileage" is particularly apt here. His style of play is less taxing than Nadal's or Djokovic's, but that does't mean he doesn't do a ton of running over the course of the year.
