Is an hour on the court an "hour" on the strings. You're not hitting the entire time, changing sides, chasing balls, etc....

Is an hour on the strings the same as an hour of hitting drills and feeding balls ? If you play a set in an hour, would that be considered an "hour" on the strings ?

Just curious...Thanks!
I count an hr-15 to an hr and a half of court time as an hour of hitting for this reason. There's warmup, changeovers, watching other courts, etc. Now if it's match time, that's different. But just hitting, 5-6 isn't quite an hour of true tennis time.
