I am the only one (so far) to vote for kettlebells
They are great, you don't need much space, you work on your explosiveness, power, strength, endurance... all in one. It's a great great addition to a tennis player's workout regimen.
We are what we repeatedly do... Excellence then is not an act, but a habit.
