Definitely not going to push myself too quickly. CPM guy said I was doing better with it than 95% of the people that use it, which at first made me want to push a little harder, but I have since decided to back off the angle I have the machine and take the changes a lot slower. I want to make sure I don't have to go through this again so I'm going to be extra cautious as I go through my physical therapy.
Doc said bicycling would be a good substitute for running. I have another follow up appointment on 12/20 so I'll get more info on the time frame for everything at that point.
The point of this post was just to see what the pros and cons of each exercise bike are.
