What should be done is as follows: restructure the season into 4 parts - indoor (the begging of the year, leading up to the Aussie), in which any surface can be played on but it's got to be indoor. The second, clay, then grass, then hard courts, all ending with their respective major. Push Wimby back a few weeks and give the players more time on grass. You'll see a healthier tour if more matches are played on grass and clay, as opposed to the majority of the season played by the top 100, which is on hard courts.
