Start using the flex bar to increase speed for boxing/tennis unit turns: twist into a U, and twist side to side left to right shoulder to shoulder impacts, as fast as you can until you burn out. At first, you won't get to 60 reps. Then, you will be able to go past 150 reps, which is also good to balance both sides of the bodies energy fields. Time yourself and go for reactive, relaxed super fast coils and see how much your stamina and speed increase immediately once you start focusing on it!
