The last time I heard someone sending a tensioner to Tennis Machines for service cost $125, but it came back practically brand new.

As trying to find a used Wise 2086 Pro, Good luck! They rarely come up and to get it serviced out of warranty (sometimes in warranty) will cost $75 plus shipping back and forth.
