I must say I am amazed at the weights I have read here, as I can;t imagine how my shoulder would feel after a set with any of those mentioned....

I have found (now in my 40's) that anything above a static weight of 330-ish, simply does eventually play havoc with my shoulder.....I wonder if any of you had any shoulder issues at all, from serving?
