I play college club, so it's not quite the same. But, as a freshman, I'm already at the top of the ladder and effectively run the team. I tend to play dubs with my friend because 1: we're almost a guaranteed win, and 2: most players on the team have no doubles sense and no desire to improve their doubles game.
