but the most important thing is to have short ground contacts and stay on your toes. this is much more important than what you do. mix it up to work on your coordination. but most important is to keep those feet moving (like you were running bare feet over a hot street).
yes, that is very true, i have them hold their racquet like the are playing a point and actually have them hit the ball at the end of the ladder run
