Feet swell up too much during a match. Feet and knees start to hurt by the 2nd set.
I know for some long distance running they recommend people wear 1/2 to 1 full size bigger because their feet swell up. I'm wondering if this is a big cause of my feet and knee pain. I wear the correct size shoe for walking around (I have about 1 thumb of free space) but I'm wondering if I should up even more, 1/2 size.
