actually, i think Lisicki has the fastest ever recorded, but I'm not positive(correct me if I'm wrong). Serena seems to me to be the only female player who can be consistent with that hard of a serve, which is why it is a true weapon. Add to that groundstrokes that are as hard, or harder, than anyone else and thats why I would vote for her.
