Ball machine settings
Tommorow I'm renting a ball machine for an hour. I need to know what interval to set it at for alternating forhand and backhand. I have just changed my FH and BH grips, so I'd like to set a pace that will force me to learn a quick grip change without it being overly demanding. What's a good setting to start at? 5 sec, 8 sec?
