With the millions being spent it is the USTA's job to seek out those few players with genuine pro potential. There are very few 6'5" athletic guys rocking the ball. They are not hard to find. Of course PMac cannot spot talent because he NEVER scouts or checks out matches. I strongly believe in "management by walking around". When the top person in player development does not observe the players in action something is terribly wrong. Good leaders lead from the front.
