#1 if the frames are similar in size, string pattern etc. But, it also depends on what you were looking to do in the 1st place when changing frames. When I tried out a Head MG Extreme Team (107 sq in) and my normal frame is a PK ki 5 (100 sq in), I knew before I started that I'd have to go up in tension. Plus, if you were trying a more flexible frame, tighter pattern (say to increase string life), but wanted the same power, you might have to start at a lower tension. If it were my own racket, I'd go with my gut instinct. If it were someone else's, I'd try to get a lot of info about what they were trying to accomplish when they made the racket switch before I'd make a decision.
