Most younger players prefer singles ove doubles..I was the same way but now love doubles..With the right foursome of equal players, doubles is a much more skilled, precision type of play..more pressure on every point...Older experienced 4.5 doubles guys almost always beat most younger guys who can play decent singles and run all day
